The PRFIDT (POWERTEX Radio-Frequency Identification) drop tag is intended to be used for quick and easy asset control. PRFIDT has a well-protected chip mounted on stainless drop shaped tag.
The tag can easily be mounted to a chain sling or a wire rope sling using POWERTEX heavy duty key ring. The chip has a unique ID-number making it possible to connect the chip to a certain product using an asset control program like CertMax+ to plan so that inspections etc. are carried out in time.
The chip´s UID number is also marked on the tag.

Stainless steel safety-set matching to Connex connector, consisting of suspension bolt and spiral spring (Mat. 1.4462), with an enlarged synthetic sleeve as practically fit-up aid, where the spiral locking of suspension bolt.
Variety of use: CBHWI bolts and safety bushes for grade 6 plus correspond to the design of CBHWI grade 5 and may therefore also be used as replacement parts. Please note the modified material properties of grade 6 plus!

The RSB system consists of a pulley, a wire mesh sling, a tie and a hook. It offers a safety factor of 4. Unlike other products, the mesh sling is made of riveted chain links and not welded, thus avoiding the need to replace the entire sling when damaged.
The RBS system is very flexible and adapts perfectly to different forms of load. This system is robust and slash-resistant. Ideal for handling coils, it eliminates tipping issues and does not damage coils. A protective PVC sheath may be added on request.
The RSB system comes with an EC declaration and is readily available. It has legible marking and an individual traceability code.

The ID Tag ALITAG provides a display of the slings’ mechanical constraints and identification material. It consists of an aluminium plate and a galvanized or stainless steel cable crimped at one end. This expert crimping, made using a press or TAGTOOL, is permanent and ensures technical information about the lifting accessory is never lost. Panzerband is a wire mesh sling made of riveted chain links. Produced in specialised steel, it offers a safety factor of 4. Unlike other products, the mesh is riveted rather than welded thus avoiding the need to replace the entire sling when damaged.
Wire mesh slings are very flexible and adapt perfectly to different forms of loads. They are heavy-duty, slash-resistant and wide enough to be able to handle thin-walled sheets, without any risk of damaging lower sheets.
Mesh slings are highly effective when used for “basket handling” as they neatly encircle the load. LIFTEUROP also provides a sliding fastener so the sling can be used as a “slip knot”. Available in stainless steel or aluminium and fitted with a protective PVC sheath.
